1939

Founder Mitsuo Nishioka established Nishioka Shokai for the purpose of processing and selling pearls.

1951

Asahi Pearl Co., Ltd. was established. Mitsuo Nishioka was appointed President and Representative Director.

1959

Asahi Pearl Store Ltd. was established as the retail division.

1963

Asahi Pearl Sales Co., Ltd. was established with the aim of general jewelry sales.

1974

Mitsuo Nishioka was appointed Chairman and Representative Director. Chiaki Nishioka was appointed President and Representative Director.

1976

Chairman and Representative Director, Mitsuo Nishioka, was awarded the Order of the Rising Sun, Gold and Silver Rays (Fifth Class), for his many years of dedication to pearl cultivation, processing, and export promotion, and for his contributions to building the foundations for pearl industry group activities.

1979

Chairman and Representative Director, Mitsuo Nishioka suddenly passes away. Yuki Nishioka was appointed Chairman and Representative Director.

1999

Absorbed Asahi Pearl Store Ltd.

2000

Absorbed Asahi Pearl Sales Co., Ltd.

2009

Asahi Pearl Co., Ltd. was newly established as a receiving company through a business transfer. Yasuo Nishioka was appointed Representative Director.

2011

"RETREAT SPA MAREA" opened in Ebisu, Tokyo. TSM Asset Management Co., Ltd., an affiliated company engaged in asset management and real estate specified joint ventures, has begun full-scale sales activities.

2012

A.P. Realty Management Co., Ltd., which engages in investment banking and proprietary investment businesses, has begun sales activities.

2013

Ryohin Plus Co., Ltd., whose main business is television and internet shopping, has joined the Asahi Pearl Group.

2014

As part of business diversification, Asahi Pearl Co., Ltd. changed its name to A.P. Products Co., Ltd.

2015

In order to expand business synergies, A.P. Products Co., Ltd. and Ryohin Plus Co., Ltd. merged to form the new "A.P. Products Co., Ltd."

2016

To celebrate the 77th anniversary of its founding, the company opened "MAREA SHIROKANE Spa & Jewelry," a fusion of a spa and jewelry salon, in Shirokanedai, Minato-ku Tokyo.

2017

In order to respond to the diversifying development of the financial and real estate consulting businesses and to strengthen corporate governance as a corporate group, the roles of each group company were clarified. Accordingly, A.P. Realty Management Co., Ltd. was renamed "A.P. Realty Co., Ltd." and TSM Asset Management Co., Ltd. was renamed "A.P. Asset Management Co., Ltd."

2019

Moved the group location to Marunouchi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo.

2020

A.P. Asset Management Co., Ltd. has completed additional registration for investment management business and has begun managing Ryobi A.P. Private Investment Corporation.
"MAREA SHIROKANE Spa & Jewelry" was closed and the mail order business was also discontinued.
A.P. Products Co., Ltd. hifted its business model to focus on fund arrangement and wealth management businesses.

2021

A.P. Products Co., Ltd. changed its name to A.P. Advisory Co., Ltd. and completed registration as a Type II Financial Instruments Business Operator and an Investment Advisory and Agency Business Operator.

2024

Meridia Asset Management Co., Ltd., a company with a track record in structuring funds that invest in wooden buildings, joined the group. The company name was renamed A.P. Sustainable Real Estate Investment Advisory Co., Ltd.
