In 1992, he graduated from the Faculty of Economics at Keio University. In the same year, he joined The Daiwa Bank, Limited (now Resona Bank, Limited). After working at domestic branches, he joined the International Funds and Securities Department, where he was involved in currency option trading, money trusts using derivatives, and the development of investment trust products.
In 1995, he joined Asahi Pearl Co., Ltd., where he served as Director and General Manager of the Planning Department, and later as Director and Vice President.
He was responsible for the company's overall business management, including carrying out financial and personnel restructuring, acting as the liaison for negotiations with financial institutions, promoting sales by developing new business partners, and promoting rationalization through subsidiary integration.
From 2001, he joined The Sumitomo Trust and Banking Co., Ltd. (now Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, Limited). In the Tokyo Sales Department No. 3, Business Finance Department, and Real Estate Financial Solutions Department, he was involved in corporate loans for the real estate and construction industries, as well as the structuring and arrangement of non-recourse loans for domestic and overseas real estate investment funds.
Notable achievements include the arrangement of a syndicated loan totaling 46 billion yen for a major domestic real estate company (February 2006), and the arrangement of a non-recourse real estate loan totaling 130 billion yen for a consortium SPC consisting of seven companies, including major domestic real estate companies, for a major redevelopment project in the Kansai region (June 2007).
In 2007, he joined SI Asset Services Corporation, where he oversaw various consulting services and asset management services in the real estate and financial fields.
He was involved in corporate real estate consulting, securitization arrangements related to real estate investment projects, structured finance, and asset management.
In 2009, he was appointed Representative Director at Asahi Pearl Co., Ltd. (now A.P. Advisory Co., Ltd.), a position he currently holds.
In 2012, he was appointed Representative Director at TSM Asset Management Co., Ltd. (now A.P. Asset Management Co., Ltd.).
In 2018, he was appointed Chairman and Representative Director at A.P. Asset Management Co., Ltd., as well as Representative Director of A.P. Realty Co., Ltd.
Katsumi Shimada, President and Representative Director, A.P. Asset Management Co., Ltd.
In 1988, he graduated from the Faculty of Economics at Keio University. In the same year, he joined Recruit Cosmos Co., Ltd. (now COSMOS INITIA Co., Ltd.).
In 1990, he participated in the establishment of Princess Square Co., Ltd., a real estate company specializing in the condominium business. As Director and General Manager of the Sales Department, he was in charge of the sales division and contributed to building the company's foundation.
He was also involved in real estate sales, brokering over 300 condominium units and over 10 commercial properties.
In 2014, he was appointed Director at TSM Asset Management Co., Ltd. (now A.P. Asset Management Co., Ltd.). In addition to principal investments, he has been involved in over 20 development projects utilizing development-type SPCs
He has an extensive track record of investing in assets with high social significance, including the development of licensed childcare centers. In the condominium development sector, he was responsible for the "La Perla" series, which combines design and practicality.

Munehiro Mouri, Director, A.P. Asset Management Co., Ltd.
In 1989, he joined a domestic securities company. After that, he worked in the sales planning, business development and marketing departments at foreign securities, investment trust and investment advisory companies. He has a wealth of experience in the planning and development of financial products that invest in domestic and foreign securities, and in the liquidation of business projects.
In 2008, he established Brown Field Advisors Co., Ltd. and was appointed Representative Director.
He has been involved in the revitalization and liquidation of real estate with environmental burdens, such as soil contamination, and established Japan's first fund dedicated to the revitalization and liquidation of contaminated land.
In 2012, he joined TSM Asset Management Co., Ltd. (now A.P. Asset Management Co., Ltd.) and was appointed Director.
In the renewable energy sector, he has focused on developing environmentally friendly natural energy sources, including mega solar power plants, in collaboration with domestic and international investors. He contributed to the development of a 100-megawatt mega solar power plant with a total project value of 30 billion yen.
In 2013, he was appointed to the Board of Directors of Japan Creating Shared Value Organization.
Atsuya Suzuki, Director, Head of Investment Management Department 1, A.P. Asset Management Co., Ltd.
In 1995, he graduated from the School of Political Science and Economics at Waseda University. In the same year, he joined The Asahi Bank, Ltd. (now Resona Bank, Limited). After working at a branch in Japan, he was in charge of sales branch support operations at the headquarters organization, including planning the restructuring of the overseas branch network and sales support for derivatives products. He was then transferred to Resona Capital Co., Ltd., where he was engaged in venture capital investment, including finding promising companies and supporting them until their IPO.
In 2004, he joined The Sumitomo Trust and Banking Co., Ltd. (now Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, Limited). In the Business Finance Department, he was engaged in structuring and arranging non-recourse loans for real estate investment funds in Japan and overseas.
In 2007,he joined The Deutsche Bank AG.As an NRL originator, he was in charge of the entire process from NRL deal sourcing to documentation and internal negotiations.
Later, at The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation, etc., in addition to the same duties, he was involved in all aspects of real estate-related financing, and in total, he originated NRL deals worth more than 300 billion yen.
In 2016, he joined The Tokyo Star Bank, Limited and oversaw real estate NRL operations in Japan and Australia in the Real Estate Finance Department. In 2018, he was appointed General Manager of the Real Estate Finance Department. He was also responsible for recourse loan business for real estate companies.
In 2022, he joined A.P. Asset Management Co., Ltd. as Director of Financial Management. He is responsible for all fund-related fund raising and the overall finances of the group companies. In 2023, he was appointed Head of Investment Management Department 1, overseeing all operations of the private fund business.

Kenji Nakamura, Director, Head of Investment Management Department 2, A.P. Asset Management Co., Ltd.
In 1990, he graduated from the Graduate School of Environmental Science, University of Tsukuba. In the same year, he joined The Sumitomo Trust and Banking Co., Ltd. (now Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, Limited). After working in the Yokohama Branch's Real Estate Department and Development Business Department Sales Office, where he provided consulting services for the effective utilization of real estate and brokerage of commercial properties, he transitioned to the real estate liquidation business in the Business Planning Group of the Real Estate Sales Department and the Real Estate Investment Advisory Department. Later, in the Real Estate Business Department, he was responsible for overseeing the real estate division headquarters, including real estate securitization underwriting, investment screening, and maintaining internal control procedures.
In 2006, he joined ES-CON JAPAN Ltd., where he worked in the Asset Development Department, engaging in real estate securitization arrangements and asset management.
In 2011, he joined Daihatsu Co., Ltd. as Executive Officer and Head of Operations, he was involved in the acquisition, management, and sale of properties in the company's rental real estate business.
In 2019, he joined A.P. Asset Management Co., Ltd. After serving as the Head of Private REIT Preparation Office, he was appointed Head of Private REIT Business Department (now Head of Investment Management Department 2). He was responsible for the comprehensive management of the establishment of RYOBI A.P. Private Investment Corporation, as well as overseeing operations during the post-formation period and managing all operations with a view to future capital increases and fund expansion.

Kensuke Kitazawa, Director, Head of Compliance, A.P. Asset Management Co., Ltd.
In 1994, he graduated from Gakushuin University, Faculty of Law, and joined SECOM CO., LTD.
In 2006, he joined FinTech Global Incorporated, a boutique investment bank, where he oversaw the legal operations of the financial instruments business and money lending business as head of the Legal Group in the Legal Compliance Department.
In 2013, he was appointed Director in charge of compliance for the financial instruments business and real estate business at Global Investment Advisory Co., Ltd.
In 2017, he joined TSM Asset Management Co., Ltd. (currently AP Asset Management Co., Ltd.) as head of the Compliance Office, where he oversees compliance work for financial instruments trading businesses, real estate specified joint ventures, and real estate brokerage businesses, as well as investment management business registration and private REIT establishment work.
In 2023, he was appointed Director (Head of Compliance) at A.P. Asset Management Co., Ltd.
